Applicants must provide the following:
- Completed online application
- Transcript from high school
- Short essay (at least 500 words) that describes the student’s career goals and how they intend to achieve them, the student’s involvement in local clubs, school and community activities, and explain why they believe they should receive the scholarship.
- 2 letters of recommendation
